Athletics

On Friday we had athletics. First we had to get change into our house colours and then we went outside to go onto the courts to sit down on the ground. Mr Burt did a prayer before we went to sprint's. Miss Lavakula told us to line up on the tracks before we started to run. We had to run 75 meters and 100 meters too.

After we finished sprints and discus we went to javelin.The first person up was me I came second place and one of the girls in our team came first place. My friend Ashley came 3rd place. At the end of the day when we were finishing all our Activities we went to class and had a boy and girls singing composting and the wins was the boys.

Manaiakalain film festival

This is all about the film festival and i hope you like it to it has a movies. On Wednesday in the afternoon at 12.00 o'clock or 11.00 o'clock we went to the bus to go to the Manaiakalani film festival.First Miss lavakula said we all had to go to the back because some other people were coming on the bus with as. Want all the movies started and i was watching them some of them was cool and some was funny.Some was boring the one that was boring was the school stone field school it was all about penguins and some was died in the movie and it was sad and boring at the same time. My Favourite Manaiakalani film festival was Room 14s class because it was cool and it was funny as well the whole school loved it i enjoy it too and my friend shavana loved it too like me.

My Immersion Assembly

My cool rocking hen.

Hi my name is kaitlynne and i am in Room 13 today i wote i story about a rocking hen. Yesterday we had to do a rocking hen the first thing we had to do was we had to get a cardboard and draw a circle.Then we had to get some orange paint and paint the cardboard orange after we were finished painting the piece of cardboard we drawed a beak and coloured the beak yellow and we drawed a comb for its hair want it was dry we put it on to the body of the hen i got some coloured paper and cut out the tail after i was finished cutting out the tail i cut some feathers for my hen i put on my golden feathers on my hen and some eyes for it i put on pink for my eyes. The End. Here is a photo of my rocking hen.

My cool Holidays

ln the Holidays i went out west to see my dad and my baby brother want we got out there we went inside to go have some dinner. We had some homemade pizza my dad friend Donna made as a juice to go with our pizza we were playing the game while we were eating. Then want we waked up we into my dads room to go and see my baby brother want were got in there we ask my dad if we could hold our baby brother and he said yes first it was my little brother then it was me.My dad said plesea can i have baby and i said yes he had change his nabe.Then me and my brothers had to have a shower after our shower we got changed we had some lunch want we finished lunch we played on my dads xbox 360 we played black cops 2 me and my dads friend made it upto live 9 with me. I enjoy going to my dad to see my baby brother.The part that i did not enjoy was want we had to go to town and wait in the car.I hope next time that we get to go somewhere cool.

The story of King Xerxes and Esther

Today we had C.R.E and we learned more about the story of Queen Esther and King Xerxes.
The Guards had a plant to kill the King Xerxes and Mordeccai find out that the guards where going to kill the king xerxes. Mordeccai had to find out a plant to get this message to Esther then Esther find out that king xerxes was going to get kill and Esther told King xerxes that King xerxes that he was going to get kill and the guarnds was going to get heg.

Today in C.R.E Mrs Clarke told us a story about Esther.Esther was a Jew and has a cousin called Mordecai who told her not to tell anyone that she is a Jew. King Xerxes needed a queen because his other wife Vashti was banished from the Palace and she was not allowed to come back. King Xerxes said to his slave what are we going to do? and one of the slave said why don't we have a beauty contest and the king said yes and the king said go get me some beautiful women and the slave went off and the king picked Esther.

About Owls

Owls wake up at night and hunts for food and they sleep in the daytime. they have two eyelids. The  second eyelids  protects their eyes from the light when they are sleeping.

Is it easy to say sorry?

Today we learned about a story in the bible.It was about Onesimusa,Phliemoa and paul.
Onesimus stole from phliemoa and ran away to Rome.There he, met paul.
Paul wrote a letter to philemon on behalf of onesimus .Onesimus returned back to Colossae and said sorry.


I think thats it's easy to say sorry because it's the right thing to do. people can say that they forgive them.

The best Cross Country

This is my cross country story i hope you enjoy it. When the bell rang all of the children in the hole school lined up for cross country. The first children to go was the five year old kids. They lined up on the grass then Mr Burt said get your mark get set go and the five old kids ran.


 When i ran in the first round it was not so hard but i was running too fast and want i come to the finish line i was slowing down i couldn't run but then i sprint to the end.


 I enjoyed watching all of the whole school running i felt happy and i enjoyed everything. I didn't enjoy running but it was fun.I hope i came second or first next year.

Loving and Caring

Today in C.R.E  we learned about showing love to everyone even when it's hard. We learned a new song today too.

I find it hard to love people when they a angry and sad.

I find it easy to love others when they are being nice to me and love me.

This story is about Mango and tuatara. One day mango and tuatara felt hungrier than normal tuatara saw forty but want tuatara went to go and overture the canoe there were disappointed because there were only four of them and while mango was behind all of the fishmen all fill in the sea and mango eat all of them. Tuatara say you eat them all and you don’t save me another of the fishmen say tuatara there were hardly nafeer for a snack.There is way more people on the land why don’t you see for yourself.Mango say there is more fishmen people on the land another way the sun is warm on my back and the land is beautiful.Mango say come back tuatara to the sea but tuatara shook his head.

Antartica treaty

This is my Antarctic Treaty that I wrote yesterday. The Antarctic Treaty was signed by 12 countries in 1961. I can name 6 of them Chile, Belgium, Japan France, Australia and Norway. No one own’s Antarctica and there are no native people there either.

What is a food chain

A food chain is an order of living things that tells us who eats what. A food chain always starts with a producer. Then the producer is eaten by a predator also called a consumer. For example, The plankton is eaten by krill, the krill is eaten by a penguin then a penguin is eaten by either an orca or a leopard seal.

My weekend

In the weekend i went over the shore and i went to say at my aunt and uncles house for two nights me and my couise waimana play on the skate park i was on the skateboard and my couise was on the bike After we played on the skate park we went home then we had some tomato and basil tuna saw mesa and some oranges and apples. After that were battened that we were going to New york. The next morning me and my couise wake up at 7.30 and we played on the skate he had one and i had one then we clean up his room up.

My easter break

On Friday my little brothers came over and we had an Easter egg hunt outside my nan’s house. I found a big easter rabbit by the fence. My brother;s found one too. It was funny because when they found their’s, they had already eaten half of it. Then on Saturday, my cousin Waimana came over and we played rugby with my uncle Dave. Another uncle came over too and he had some easter eggs for me and my brothers. We played a game, who could find the most easter eggs, my brothers came to play with us too. The winner was my little brother T.J. Please levae me a commet.

Diving at the Pool

Here is a story that we read in class today with a picture of the cover. Yasmin and her class went to arrived at the pool. Yasmin was good at freestlye but she couldn’t dive She tried to dive into the pool but floppeed with a splash instead. She felt very embarrassed. When Yasmin got home, dad told her that her mum could teach her how to dive. At the pool, mum showed _yasmin how to hold her hands and baclnce on the side of the pool. Yasmin was very scared. She gave it a go but again she splash into the water. Mum told her to pretend that she had spiring on her feet. Yes! Yasmin dive into the pool. Yasmin had to keep practised Sarah and Yasmin are now going to the freestyle race together.

Camp Concert

This is Cooperators item that we had to perform on thursday nigth.all of our families came to our concert. synergy came first then cooperators came 2nd then the force came 3nd after that op stars came forth then the band came fifth after that true crew came sixth.
